Global Defence Helicopter 2024
22/10/2024 - 24/10/2024
Warsaw, Poland
The 11th Global Defence Helicopter (GDH) meeting takes place in Warsaw, Poland over the 22 – 24 October 2023, building on last year’s success when we welcomed over 700+ representatives from 50 NATO and friendly nations.
The Russian invasion of Ukraine, terrorism, migration and human trafficking, the challenge of China’s international policies, cyber and other asymmetric threats, rapid advances in space, and climate change are some of the current NATO challenges. The endorsement by its 30 member nations of the NATO 2030 agenda has global implications hence increased dialogue and cooperation in the Asia Pacific region and strengthened engagement far beyond the Euro-Atlantic area.
With speed of response and tactical agility being at the heart of solutions to many of these defence and security challenges, rotary wing aviation – crewed and increasingly uncrewed – remains a critical capability for militaries of all sizes and capabilities.
It is therefore with pleasure that Global Defence Helicopter will return once again to Warsaw. Geographically at the heart of NATO’s response to Russian posturing towards Eastern Europe, Poland is also midway through a €43.2bn Technical Modernisation Plan for its armed forces, setting the standard for defence acquisition to counter modern as well as more traditional threats.

Future Land Forces 2024
05/11/2024 - 07/11/2024
Warsaw, Poland
Globally, our land forces are facing complex threats that will challenge our ability to compete with peer adversaries in future warfare. Recently our peer-like threats have not been standing still, far from it. They have been observing our armaments, equipment, and tactics to develop an increasingly capable force of their own. As a result, our land forces now face a multitude of advanced threats; including uncrewed aerial systems, anti-armour rounds, loitering munitions and Cyber/EW effects to name but a few. As a result, land forces are transforming physically, conceptually, and culturally to maintain advantage in an ever-shifting world shaped by technology, climate change and increasingly aggressive peers.
To address future challenges, nations must identify and anticipate their capability gaps and develop solutions to these at pace. This is critical for land forces to deter conflict and, if called upon, counter and prevail over our adversaries in combat. Success in future land warfare requires learning the lessons of the past coupled with innovative, and cutting-edge solutions to meet the characteristics of the information age battlefield. Increasingly our land forces must operate jointly across domains, with allies and partners to contribute effectively towards large scale combat operations.
Future equipment is being designed to be more lethal, expeditionary, and integrated, centred around digital capabilities. This ‘Future Land Forces’ conference will bring together an authoritative speaker faculty with leading industry experts, programme managers, capability and requirements teams, front-line commanders, engineers and scientists to provide a forum for sharing common problems, networking and finding solutions to the problems land forces face now and in the future.

Future Indirect Fires
14/01/2025 - 15/01/2025
Downright Hotel, Austin, TX
Supporting Next-Generation Capability Development and Fires Recapitalization
The 2025 Future Indirect Fires Summit will bring together leaders from the indirect fire community to discuss the latest innovations in indirect fire systems, support systems, munitions, and challenges presented by the current conflict in Ukraine. Our discussions will focus on achieving enhanced lethality, survivability, precision, and range.
Thought leaders will provide insights into modern warfare and the quest for increased firepower. Throughout the summit, we will examine current US DoD programs, including the new Self-Propelled Howitzer, the Indirect Fire Protection Capability Increment Two, and Project LASSO among others. The event will serve as a platform to address the challenges of counter UAS and C4ISR to support indirect fire success.
We will explore the challenges of keeping up with rapidly evolving technology and the need for common software systems. Additionally, we will investigate the defense industrial base’s critical role in supporting indirect fires, hear from operational-level leaders on capability gaps, and discuss the future of indirect fires and their pivotal role in military success.

Delivering the Next Generation of Rotary Capabilities up to and Beyond 2040
Bringing together the most influential stakeholders from the global rotary wing community, the 24th annual International Military Helicopter (IMH), will delve into future procurement activities and investments that are delivering next generation capability, able to support tomorrow’s mission.
As nations invest in the renewal of legacy fleets or procure next generation platforms, the shifting international environment shows clear challenges when operating against peer or near peer adversaries. The increasing sophistication and capability of unmanned systems causing us to rethink how we deliver the capability that only rotary wing platforms can.
With the size of the global military helicopter market expected to grow to $72.81 billion by 2027, IMH will provide the most valuable forum to address these issues. Covering a range of critical topics, International Military Helicopter 2025 will examine those which are relevant to the modern battlefield and the role of rotary aviation across the domains.
